ALL ALBERTINI MACHINES WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH TELESERVICE CONNECTION.

 

In caso di malfunzionamento, la connessione con teleservice rende possibile la comunicazione con la casa madre.
Diventa perciò possibile inviare in tempo reale la perfetta copia delle pagine video, in special modo quella
relativa alla performance d’iniezione, indipendentemente da dove la macchina sia dislocata, in
modo che i clienti e i tecnici Albertini possano valutare gli stessi dati nello stesso momento.

CONNECTION AND START-UP

As displayed in our offers, machine and peripheral connection and start-up take place gradually. Albertini Machine technicians take care of all machine preparation stages, from installation to production. The cost and duration of the intervention is calculated during the final negotiation based on the technical configuration of the machine and peripherals, and includes the following first start-up support. Further support to production and mould and process optimisation is available at an additional cost. If machine start-up takes less time than expected, the remaining time will be devoted to training of staff members chosen by the customer.
