ENERGY SAVING
The realisation of new technologies in the electrical and electronic fields is crucial in order to be able to develop new, increasingly high-performance management systems achieving improved results in terms of energy savings. The research and development and management of Siemens inverters in the process stages has allowed the control of asynchronous motors to be quite accurate, achieving extremely fast response dynamics with a perfect match between the electrical control signals, the operation of the motors, the hydraulic response and consequently the movement of the mechanical parts. All this made it possible to reduce the amount of unused hydraulic fluid to a minimum.
The application was to develop a solution from tried and tested traditional components, without the need for dedicated components. This also allows the Energy Saving system to be implemented on existing systems, without necessarily having to replace existing components. Siemens nelle fasi di processo ha consentito ad un controllo dei motori asincroni alquanto accurato con raggiunte dinamiche di risposta estremamente rapide con una perfetta attinenza tra i segnali elettrici di comando, il funzionamento dei motori, la risposta idraulica e di conseguenza la movimentazione delle parti meccaniche. Tutto ciò ha consentito di ridurre al minimo la quantità di fluido idraulico inutilizzata.
L‘applicazione è stata quella di sviluppare una soluzione a partire da componentistica tradizionale comprovata, senza dover ricorrere a componentistica dedicata. Questo consente anche di implementare il sistema Energy Saving su impianti già esistenti, senza per questo dover ricorrere necessariamente alla sostituzione dei componenti già presenti.
